Shipping Inside the Continental United States
Shipping rates are only valid in the US 48 contiguous states; excludes expedited shipping. If you live outside the Lower 48 you will be contacted for additional shipping charges.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $79 WITHIN THE CONTINENTIAL UNITED STATES

Shipping Outside the Continental United States
SmartChalk ships gear all around the world. If you are located outside the Lower 48 States you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required. You may choose to pay the additional cost or If you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order. International customers are responsible for any custom fees that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border.

SMARTCHALK RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

All items must include original packaging.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Return Exceptions
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.  Chalk bags need to be sealed and unopened.  iChalk containers must be unused and in the same condition it was sent (new).

Exchanges
SmartChalk customers will be responsible for shipping both ways on exchanges.

Return Process Exceptions
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

SMARTCHALK CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing the order may not be cancelled.

You can track the progress of your order by clicking the “VIEW YOUR ORDER” button in your order confirmation email.

The entire order must be cancelled, you can not cancel specific items.

If you still want certain items in the cancelled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

If your order is eligible to be cancelled SmartChalk will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.
